   Replacement parts are excellent quality and can keep your Cuckoo working for years. Please, please, please keep stocking them (some models appear to have gone).

   Our 7 yo rice cooker still works like new except that the lid seals had started to leak when cooking and pressurised. So we purchased a replacement set (2 seals). Easy to replace and the cooker works perfectly again.

   Already know Cuckoo rice cooker is the world best.
   And, the seal was aged. It is my second time replacing it. because, almost 10 years of using it and no issue at all.
   All parts for legacy model still available to purchase online.
   I would strongly recommend to purchase it for life equipment for your daily meal.

   I have a cuckoo for 5 years. Suddenly, when cooking brown rice steam released both sides of the pot, also water was filled the tank at the back. I replaced both seals supplied with the package, the unit works well again.

   I received a large ring and a small ring. I changed out the large ring, works fine. I have no idea how to change the small ring. Didn't come with any instructions and I don't really want to start unscrewing anything.

    Actually I haven't taken it off from the bowl until I've got the new one. It seals perfectly and the rubber ring is still elastic and usable after used for 6-7 years . The design is amazing. So Impressed!
