    The replacement ring fits well and works fine so far. But there was another small rubber ring in the box, and I did not know where to put it in. It would be better if there was some instruction came with the product. Moreover, I hope the replacement ring could have came in a sealed box, not unpacked.

    After a couple of years of use, I ordered a replacement ring set for my Cuckoo DHSR0609F. Arrived in 2 days and swapped over easy, perfect.

15. Detachable seal rubber

    Actually .. i lost my silicone rubber that attached at the stainless steel plate inside inner lid.. cannot find at online shop and email them if they have it. They reply very fast and tell me that they have it but make a note “detachable seal rubber’. It took only two days.. and my parcel arrived... so happy i could use my cuckoo rice cooker again
