The previous part the side handle had brocken lucky I kept the old part as it had a spring attached to is. However when I received the New Lid Knob their was no Spring used old spring and fixed the Knob working well. They don't tell you the spring was not attached as it was a part that should have been attached to the New Knob. Only dissapointed that the Lid Knob is not made of a stonger material other than that it fitted and well. Happy with the product.

The process from ordering to delivery was very fast. I am glad that Cuckoo AU sells parts for their rice cooker as it allows me to repair the cooker rather than just having to buy a new one. The lid knob replacement fits the cooker perfectly
