Excellent family-sized rice cooker

I've only used the new rice cooker for jasmine so far which is a fairly forgiving rice. Nevertheless I feel like the texture and flavour is better than my previous model. The inner chamber is heavy and the seals are good within the unit. The cooking animations are cute and the overall look is great. The sounds it makes are comfortable and not annoying. The smaller size compared to a ten cup cooker makes it much more manageable to fit within my kitchen while still having enough capacity to cater for guests.
The rice is delicious and is a consistent texture as soon as the cooker is done and it doesn't need extra resting time. The price was very reasonable especially compared to IH and pressurised models. I'd recommend this unit to anyone who is serious about the flavour and texture of their rice at home but doesn't want to spend crazy amounts of money to get there. -
good basic rice cooker

had a different brand pressure rice cooker which malfunctioned and part broke after a few years. so changed brands to cuckoo and decided to opt for a less expensive non-pressure cooker instead. Cooker is compact with easy to follow instructions/buttons. Rice is good, nothing too fancy, does its job. Minus one star as 1) the pot slides around very easily in the cooker and 2) the cooker slides around easily on the benchtop - would make sense to have rubber lining on the legs to stop it from slipping. otherwise can't fault the service - easy purchase and quick delivery, best price i could find online too

I’m amazed by the quality of this rice cooker, it operates so quietly compare to an old fashion rice cooker. The rice came out nice and fluffy, and every single rice cooks evenly. Very happy with this product. Thank you

This rice cooker is an elegant design, small and compact, but cooks rice very well. Instructions are easy to understand and has a timer so you can set to cook while you do other things. Water does not spill while cooking and it is easy to clean. Definitely good quality product

This is a excellent rice cooker, it makes your rice perfect each time. I really like how compact it is and the water never boils over, it is also very easy to clean!

I just bought this model, used it a couple of times and I'm very happy with it so far. As the title says it's easy to use (single button press if you are mostly cooking the same thing) and easy to clean.

I love this cooker. I haven't used the timer yet but I do use the keep warm function. I have perfectly cooked rice all day.
I have used it to cook medium grain, long grain, blended wild rice and long grain, and brown rice. All turned out perfect.
